Christmas and New years past

So, Christmas passed, and so did New Years. It is 2008 now. As for Michael and Me, we went to downtown and walked around the area on New Years. It was great because no one was around. I like that better because it’s easier for me to go “click” “click” away with my new camera, Canon EOS 40D. We walked through City Hall and took pictures of the Christmas trees in there, which were almost wilted because they’ve been out so long already. Still pretty though. Then we went across the street to Kawaiaho Church, which I think was the first church ever to be built in Hawaii. Grand place, too. I liked the benches on the side because they were so small. Were people that small back then? クリスマスが過ぎて、ニューイヤーも開きました。もう２００８年ですね。。。 マイケルと私は新年の日、ダウンタウンの辺りを散歩しました。人が少なかったからとても良かったです。新しく買ったCanon EOS 40D のカメラであちらこちら歩きながら写真を取ることができました。 ハワイのシティーホールの中を歩いて色々なクリスマストリーを見ました。殆んどもう萎びれてましたけど。。。まだキレイでした。シティーホールの前の教会にも行きました。その教会はハワイで１番最初に立った教会です。横にあった小さいベンチがとてもかわいかったです。１００年前の人間って、そんなに小さかったのかな？ Inside City Hall – シティーホールの中    Kawaiahao Church  Small bench - were people that small back then? 小さなベンチ -人間はそんなに小さかったのかな？  View of City Hall from the Church – 教会から見たシティーホール  |
